Joe Salerno Personal Instructor

Joe

NRA Certified Firearms Instructor

Joe’s passion for shooting began when he was thirteen years old. His father bought him a Marlin rifle in .22lr. His love for firearms grew and has continued for the past 38 years. Joe is known as the “1911 guy” among the staff. He loves all firearms but has a special place in his heart for 1911’s, third generation Smith and Wessons, lever actions, or whatever else strikes his eye. He believes that everyone should have knowledge of firearms and firearm safety.

As an instructor, Joe wants to educate novices and experienced shooters alike. In his eyes, shooting is about learning new skills, improving on existing skills, gaining self-confidence for personal protection, and having fun! Joe is an avid recreational shooter and enjoys sharing the sport with his 10 year old son. If you are new to firearms or want to expand on your current knowledge, be sure to book a lesson with Joe!
